Turkey Meatballs with Black Market Gourmet Barbecue Sauce

Chicken MeatballsIngredients
This dish is tasty, alive with flavor and attitude. Your guests will not be able to keep out of the serving dish. It is an inexpensive dish that you can make often!

2 pounds ground turkey
8 oz breadcrumbs
½ red bell pepper diced
½ green bell pepper diced
1 celery stalk diced fine
1 onion finely diced
½ cup grape seed or olive oil
1 tbsp ground garlic
2 eggs
2 tbsp oyster sauce

Instructions
Salt to taste

Directions: Combine ground turkey with all ingredients except salt and barbecue sauce. Mix well. Shape ingredients into approximately 1-ounce ball shapes. When done, spread meatballs out on a sheet pan (lined with parchment paper). Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Heat up some of your favorite Black Market Gourmet barbecue sauce and pour over meatballs and serve immediately or hold in chaffing dish or low temperature crock-pot.

Pan Seared Fish with Sesame Seed Crust

Chicken MeatballsIngredients
1-pound fresh fish fillets
2 tbs. flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1-cup sesame seeds
1-cup olive or grape seed oil

This is one of those recipes that is so easy that you wonder why you haven’t thought it already.

Instructions
Combine flour, sesame seeds, salt and pepper on a plate or flat pan. Press one side of fish fillet on mixture to get a good coating. Pan fry coated side down in olive or grape seed oil on medium high heat for approximately 3-4 minutes. Turn over and place in pre-heated oven for another 3-4 minutes or until sufficiently cooked. Serve with a nice wasabe soy sauce or tartar sauce on the side.
